Leadership has always been at the heart of my work. Over the past 30 years, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting recreation professionals in creating environments where young people can thrive. My journey has included collaborating with Olympic coaches, designing training programs for leading national sport and recreation organizations—including Physical Health Educators Canada, Canadian Adaptive Snowsports Assoc., the Coaching Association of Canada, and Parks and Recreation Ontario (HIGH FIVE) —and helping shape standards that empower young leaders to succeed.
As the founder and CEO of eLearnology Inc., I specialize in creating innovative training and leadership solutions tailored to the unique challenges of camps and recreation programs. My experience includes managing the renowned Seneca College Summer Camps, where we welcomed over 3,000 children annually. These camps offered everything from robotics and equestrian programs to outdoor adventures, giving me firsthand insights into the importance of equipping young staff with the tools to lead confidently and competently. My work as a Master Trainer for HIGH FIVE®—a nationally recognized quality assurance standard—allowed me to help shape youth programming excellence from coast to coast across Canada, earning me the HIGH FIVE Lifetime Builder Award for my contributions.
